July 17

We are largely held up because we do not have gravel nor have we gotten the cement mixer/pump hauled up the mountain and positioned. This probably isn’t that bad, as several projects have been polished. The waterline is buried from the spring box location to the cistern location, and then from the cistern to the cabin. There was enough extra waterline to extend to the potential larger scale house, should we want to build one. Nash and Logan have made the pathway over the waterlines smooth and even, so we can easily haul up the mixer/pump. Additionally, more logs have gotten peeled. And Wylie got some additional time on the excavator. See the images and video below.

Also, brother Mark has arrived, which will help with the details and add to the debauchery.

Wylie learning to peel logs.
Nash peeling, almost as fast as Wylie…
Waterline into the cellar, and exiting. The line will be cut and a “T” inserted for the cabin, with the line extending to a possible main house.
